Lindsay Lohan's got one week of freedom – until she has to turn herself into jail for a 30-day sentence.
Lindsay waived her right to a hearing with live witnesses in court this morning, and admitted violating her probation -- by failing to obey all the orders of the court. She admitted she failed to complete the required community service and psychotherapy sessions ordered by the judge at her last hearing.
Judge Stephanie Sautner told Lindsay she would not be eligible for house arrest, electronic monitoring, or early release this time around. But law enforcement sources say she will most likely be in jail for only a few minutes -- because of overcrowding. She has until November 9th to turn herself in.
Lindsay will also be required to complete all of her community service at the morgue, and finish all her required therapy.
