Frankie Muniz is trying to make some money off his massive Scottsdale, Arizona mansion -- but instead of selling the property ... he's renting it out!
The five bedroom, seven bathroom, 6,195 square-foot home is going for a cool $7,250 a month.
On top of the stone-clad Tuscan-style architecture -- the house has three fireplaces, a brand new home theater, a pool, a built-in barbeque ... and custom cabinetry throughout.
We're guessing Frankie is holding off on selling the property right now -- until he can get more than the $2.782 million he paid for it in 2008.
