Katie Holmes arrived in a crisp white blazer for a lunch meeting in Midtown Manhattan today while across the city Suri Cruise visited Chelsea Piers with her nanny. The girls are back together on the East Coast following Katie's weekend trip to LA for her "Jack & Jill" press junket. Katie and Adam wrapped up their promotional stop on the West Coast with last night's premiere of "Jack & Jill", and by this morning Katie was already back to work in the Big Apple. It's shaping up to be another crazy week for Katie with a scheduled appearance tomorrow on Live With Regis and Kelly followed by a sit-down with David Letterman on Thursday night's Late Show.
