"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kim Richards has entered rehab -- according to reports.
The 47-year-old child star-turned-reality star is currently getting help at an undisclosed location, says ETonline. No other details were given.
Kim's bizarre behavior on the show had Adrienne Maloof's husband, Dr. Paul Nassif, wondering is Richards was abusing alcohol.
It was later revealed Richards was taking Lexapro, Trazadone and Topamax -- a combination Nassif says can "make you slur the words a little bit. It's going to make you out of it."
Lexapro is used to treat anxiety, Trazadone is an antidepressant and Topamax is an anti-seizure medication which can also be used to treat bipolar disorder and alcoholism.
Richards previously entered rehab after the first season of the show, following a blowout with sister Kyle at Taylor Armstrong's birthday party. She checked herself out a week later.
