Meryl Streep may have picked up the Best Actress trophy at Sunday's BAFTA Awards, but she lost a shoe!
As the actress, who nabbed an award for her work in "The Iron Lady," ran on stage to accept her statue, her shoe fell off.
Not wanting to slow down the show, she kept going -- only to have presenter Colin Firth fetch it for her and place it on her foot, like Cinderella.
For his act of gallantry, Firth received a kiss from Meryl and applause from the audience -- before Streep joked "That couldn't be worse. That couldn't have gone worse. Oh gosh."
