Giuliana and Bill Rancic will have a baby via surrogate -- and reality TV cameras were filming when they got the news they'd finally be parents!
In a new clip from their reality show "Giuliana and Bill," the couple is seen getting a phone call from their doctor and the gestational surrogate.
"We've got the pregnancy test, it's completely 100% positive ... she's carrying a baby," the doctor says to an emotional Giuliana.
"Oh my god," Rancic says while trying to hold back tears. "We're so happy, thank you so much!"
The surrogate's voice can be heard on the other end of the line, telling the couple "Congratulations."
