On the heels of closing multi-million dollar deals with NBCUniversal and "American Idol" -- and another deal with radio broadcaster Clear Channel expected any minute -- Ryan Seacrest appears to be looking for bigger and better digs as well. He just listed his Hollywood Hills home for $11.985 million.
The Mediterranean villa measures in at 10,000-square-feet, with 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms and a detached guest house. The home sits on nearly one acre of land and includes a lighted championship tennis court, lap pool, spa and cabana, with incredible city and canyon views.
Inside his sweet pad, expect 17-foot beamed ceilings, a den, library, amazing screening room, gym, billiards room, bar, and a huge wine cellar. Seriously, why is he leaving?
Maybe Seacrest is out in order to find a new pad to share with girlfriend Julianne Hough? Guess we'll find out soon enough.
