Howard Stern helped make a 7-year-old cry last night on "America's Got Talent" ... but it proved he's a big old softie.
Adorable little rapper Mir Money took the stage last night and performed an original song, but it only took 20 seconds for him to get an "X" from Howard.
Shortly after, Sharon Osbourne also hit her buzzer, meaning the poor kid was eliminated.
The kid couldn't hold back the waterworks after getting the bad news though -- with Howard rushing on stage to console him.
Money seemed O.K. after the pep talk, but the situation left Stern shaken.
"This job is too rough for me, I don't really wanna do it anymore," he told the crowd after the tiny rapper left the stage. "I'm not cut out for this, man. I'm not cut out for it. I'm shaking man, I'm shaking. I can't do it, man. I can't do it."
Luckily for viewers and NBC, it was only an exaggeration -- Stern's not going anywhere.
