Britney Spears has really been looking great for the "X Factor" auditions around the US -- and yesterday, she stepped out in a sexy little black dress ... and did it without hair extensions!
The 30-year-old returned from her Hawaiian vacation with fiance Jason Trawick and sons Jayden James and Sean Preston to get back to work yesterday, showing up for auditions in Greensboro, North Carolina rocking a more natural look.
Gone are the longer hair extensions she had been wearing to some of the earlier audition spots ... and it's definitely a more adult look. What do you think? Does she look better with them in?
While her hair and makeup aren't really doing it for us, we're really liking the cutout black dress and Valentino heels she was wearing -- though the sexy red dress she wore the Providence round a few weeks back is still our favorite look so far.
