Ozzy Osbourne's 27-year-old daughter showed her support for her dad by attending Lollapalooza this weekend in Chicago. Later, she swung by the ck one presents Rock The Vote Nights event at the Hard Rock Hotel.
While there, Kelly showed off her thin physique and brand new bleached eyebrows, which were in stark contrast to her fading purple hair.
What do you think of the "Fashion Police" panelist's new look? It's definitely different ... but it's not our favorite statement from the fashionista.

UPDATE: Looks like the look isn't permanent. Kelly just tweeted "Get over the eyebrows people it was for a photo shoot! If you don't shut up I will keep them like this just to piss you off! :)"
