Oscar- and Golden Globe-winning producer Brian Grazer ("A Beautiful Mind") will need a new home for all his awards -- he's just listed his massive Malibu house.
The asking price for the 6,000+ square-foot stunner? A mind-boggling $18.95 million! That comes out to over $3,100 per foot.
The description for the home says it's "priced to sell" and can be used as a full-time home or weekend residence ... though we're not sure who has $19 million to drop on a house they'd only live in two days a week. The entire top two floors of the three-story residence comprise the master suite, which boasts views of the Pacific.
There's also a TV room with the largest screen we've ever seen (Grazer *is* a producer, after all), gym, and a beach patio and deck for entertaining all the A-list stars. Check out the photos, below!
