Maloof manor has a new owner!
The home occupied by "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Adrienne Maloof and her estranged husband Paul Nassif sold October 19 for $19.5 million -- $6.5 million less than the $26 million she was looking for.
The home was listed one month ago. Adrienne will still profit from the sale though, she and Paul bought it in 2004 for $14.5 million.
The 8 bedroom, 11 bathroom French Chateau mansion has been featured prominently on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," including the upcoming season where a neighborhood fire forces the family from the home. It features a tennis court, media room, wine cellar, swimming pool, pool house and guest house. Check out all the lavish photos below.
Mauricio Umansky, the husband of "Real Housewives" star Kyle Richards, was the listing agent.
