And for one New York family, the nineteenth century based flick proved too much to bear -- they were reduced to tears after seeing it in theaters.
The movie (which was adapted from the stage version of Victor Hugo's famous novel), stars Anne Hathaway, Hugh Jackman, Amanda Seyfried and Russell Crowe.
