Jennifer Lawrence's acceptance speeches just keep getting better and better.
After referencing "Mean Girls" and "The First Wives Club" while accepting awards at People's Choice and Golden Globes, J-Law did one better last night -- and brought up MTV's guilty pleasure show, "My Super Sweet 16."
"I want to thank MTV," she opened her speech with Sunday night at the SAG Awards after picking up Best Actress for "Silver Linings Playbook."
"I earned my SAG card when I was 14, I did an MTV promo for 'My Super Sweet 16,'" she continued. "And I remember getting it in the mail and it being the best day in my entire life, because it officially made me a professional actor, which put me in the category with all of you."
"And now I have this naked statue which means some of you even voted for me and that is an indescribable feeling," she added.
Her speech was great -- and had everyone asking "Where is that commercial?!"
Well, turns out, she did a couple of them.
She plays the spoiled birthday girl in both of them -- first getting dropped during her grand entrance to her party.
In the other, her birthday cake explodes all over her.
Pretty great, huh? We're guessing there aren't too many MTV commercial stars who have gone on to become Oscar nominees (and potential winner!).
