One day after announcing she and financier John Molner are engaged, the talk show host debuted her brand new engagement ring ... and it's a real beaut!
Couric, 56, happily put her bling on display while attending the U.S. Open with her fiance on Wednesday night ... giving us the first glimpse of the cushion-cut ring as she brushed back her hair.
Couric confirmed the news of her engagement earlier this week, tweeting her excitement.

This will be the second marriage for Couric, who was widowed after she lost husband Jay Monahan to colon cancer in 1998.
