Miley Cyrus' outrageous on-stage performance wasn't her only crazy moment from the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards.
Chaos ensued even BEFORE she arrived at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, as documented in the MTV special "Miley: The Movement."
Miley's arrival was to unfold like this: transfer from an SUV to a police car, and then ride in the police car to the red carpet. Apparently, the police car was part of some grand entrance.
When Miley's driver missed the police car and pulled up right to the arrivals line, the plan unraveled, and an upset Miley unleashed a flurry of f-bombs. Watch:

Miley managed to brush off the drama and emerge for her fans, tongue wagging.
If there's one thing viewers learned from "Miley: The Movement," it's that Miley is a perfectionist. "If I'm going to do it, it has to be the best, so every detail seems much more magnified to me," she admitted. "I can easily let little things that don't matter to me that much shut me down completely."
