It's been a tough season for the cast. While Joe Gorga and Teresa Giudice made some progress within their own relationship and with their respective families, it looks like tension is at an all time high ... again.
Teresa and Joe Giudice have been indicted on 39 counts of fraud, if convicted they each could face up to 50 years in prison -- and, because Joe isn't a U.S. citizen, he could be deported back to Italy.
