Art imitating life, indeed!
Interscope Records just tweeted the cover of Lady Gaga's upcoming "ARTPOP" album, and it's truly a piece of art.

You see, that's not the real Gaga on the cover, but an eerily lifelike sculpture made by renowned artist Jeff Koons -- who she references in "Applause."
"One second I'm a Koons, then suddenly the Koons is me," she sings. "Pop culture was in art, now art's in pop culture in me."
The pop star has been nervously awaiting the cover's release, writing "I'm nervous and excited to share something that's such a piece of my heart. Something I cherish deeply. A real depiction of my mind through his."
ARTPOP hits stories on November 11th.
