Chloe Grace Moretz has grown up covered in blood.
She first hit the mainstream by starring in 2005 remake of "The Amityville Horror" when she was just 8 -- and went on to star in genre films like "Kick-Ass," "Dark Shadows," "Let Me In" and the upcoming "reimagining" of the horror classic, "Carrie."
At just 16, she's already a "Scream Queen" -- and seems much more mature than her age suggests.

And while it seems like your mainstream horror movie, Moretz says there's a message in it that's very close to her heart.
