With the help of Jimmy Fallon, the singer surprised a handful of her super fans in person at a local recording studio.
The group thought they were just getting to preview some of Mimi's new stuff, but in the middle of the her latest single "The Art Of Letting Go," Mariah came out to belt the ballad in person.

The 43-year-old also stopped by the "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" show on Tuesday, where she looked super hot sporting a revealing black LBD.
The mother-of-two shared her excitement before heading out to the show. "On my way to @jimmyfallon!" she posted along with the sexy pic.
