The 40-year-old actress hit the beach in Hawaii over the weekend with her husband David Bugliari, where she showed off her killer physique in one very sexy swimsuit.
The royal blue monokini definitely looked amazing on the actress, who was seen holding hands with her CAA agent hubby during their romantic getaway.
It's been a very revealing year for Alyssa, who not only starred on the sexy soap "Mistresses," but also covered Maxim magazine back in June.
Milano, who gave birth to son Milo in August 2011, has clearly been keeping in shape -- and we love her fitness routine.
"I'm way more likely to take my son for a walk to the park and back in the morning than go to a gym," she told Shape in September. "It's the perfect way to get my cardio in! I get to spend time with him and be super active myself at the same time. I also just started to take dance class, which I love."
Whatever she's doing, it's working!
