Kim Zolciak gave birth to twins over the weekend and the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star shared the news herself via Twitter.

She also Instagrammed a photo with the message "Guess what?!!! The TWINS have arrived! We welcomed first a baby GIRL and second a handsome little BOY! They are both healthy and Kroy and I are so thankful!!"
The twins are the 3rd and 4th children Kim and hubby Kroy Biermann, who also sons KJ, 2, and Kash, 12 months. Kim also has daughters Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12, from a previous relationship.
So, did they stay with "K" names for the newborns? Yep!
The little girl's name is Kaia Rose. Kim says she got her middle name from "Psychic" Rose, "Who is like a grandma to my and been a huge part of my life for 12 plus yrs."
The couple's baby boy will go by Kane Ren. "Ren" is also the name of Kim's OBGYN, who she says "has delivered 5 of the 6 kiddos, who has also been a big part of my life for 12 yrs and we simply adore him."
