The former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star -- who gave birth to twins last Monday -- stepped out for the first time since welcoming her two bundles of joy with hubby Kroy Biermann on Friday.
The cute couple stopped by their doctor's office with their babies, son Kane Ren and daughter Kaia Rose, in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Kim sported all black for the family outing, with a coat that cinched her (already) much smaller waist. Remember that revealing stomach pic from last month?
The twins are the 3rd and 4th children for Kim and Kroy, who also have sons KJ, 2, and Kash, 12 months. The blonde beauty also has daughters Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12, from a previous relationship.
