Is this Kimora Lee Simmons' new wedding ring?
Over the weekend, the fashion designer was seen for the first time since news broke that she secretly got hitched to Tim Leissnar -- and she had a new accessory on that finger.
She was first seen wearing the rock on her right hand back in January, but appears to have moved it to her ring finger after ex-hubby Russell Simmons spilled the beans on her hush-hush wedding last week.
Responding to rumors that Kimora was dating rapper Birdman on February 19, Russell tweeted "All of us love @OfficialKimora but the fact is she is happily married. Tim has been family for a while now."
If the sparkler above is indeed her new wedding ring, the blue sapphire stone is a beauty and definitely unique.

This is the second marriage for Kimora, who has 2 children with ex-hubby Russell and a son with partner of five years Djimon Hounsou.
