In February, reports surfaced that Mario was having an affair with a woman by the name of Kasey Dexter.
Star magazine reported that the Bravo reality star ended the affair once their relationship gained public attention. Nevertheless, it seems like Ramona is trying to take the high road and reconciliation between the estranged couple still sounds like a viable option.
