"Basketball Wives" star Evelyn Lozada has bounced back after baby!
The reality TV star put her tight tummy on display today on Twitter, showing how she's dropped 30 pounds in seven weeks after giving birth to son Carl Leo on March 20.
In an interview with ABC News, Lozada says she gained 42 pounds during her pregnancy -- and now says, "My body feels like it's almost back to normal."
So, how'd the do it? A healthy diet, the weight loss supplement youthH2O and trips to the gym three to four times a week.
"I have been sleep deprived lately and going to the gym can be hectic when you have no time in your schedule. But, on the days that I do have a moment, I do a ton of cardio, weight training -- which I love -- and hiking," she says.
She also says she's "proud of where I'm at so far" -- and she should be!
Lozada recently teamed up with GNC and youthH2O for the youthH2O FIT Challenge, which aims to "inspire and challenge millions to lose weight and get fit the healthy way right in time for summer beach body season."
