The mother-of-four showed off her rock hard abs and super slim figure on the beach in Malibu, Calif. on Sunday, rocking WET Swimwear's bright pink Natalie top and matching Calista bottoms.
So, how does the former "Dancing With the Stars" cohost stay in shape?
"I'm really big into a health and fitness kick and I teach a class a couple of times a week in Malibu and I have my DVD series," she told People back in January. "I'm totally working out harder than ever before, but I'm doing it in a smarter, quicker way. I don't have more than an hour to spend anywhere, any time."
The brunette beauty is doing well after overcoming a thyroid-cancer scare. Brooke underwent thyroid surgery to remove a benign tumor in her throat in December 2012, and she says exercise acts as her antidepressant.
"Working to fatigue and pushing yourself to your limit every time you work out is what I'm totally into," she said. "I'm smarter [about my body] than I was in my 20s and 30s."
She also admitted that eating well is important for looking and feeling her best. "We try to eat a Mediterranean diet: lots of greens, lots of fish, lots of vegetables."
"I never miss breakfast," she added. "I believe in good fuel and putting the right things in our body and drinking a lot of water and getting enough sleep. It all starts with nutrition."
Brooke's diet and fitness plans are clearly paying off!
