The host found out about the beloved comedian's passing while filming Monday night's episode of the TBS talk show -- and broke from his usual format to address the audience and share some kind words with Will Arnett and Andy Richter.
It was an emotional, raw moment, as a "stunned" Conan closed the show by saying "We are thinking of Robin's family, we're thinking about everybody he touched around the world throughout his life. We're thinking about Robin tonight."
