Sarah Hyland is very grateful for her strong support system.
The "Modern Family" star posted a cute photo via Instagram from the 2014 Primetime Emmy Awards with her on-screen fam -- sharing a sweet message about her costars on Wednesday.
"I can't believe I've been working with this show for almost 6 years! I love these people with all of my heart and will never forget this blessing of a job. Hope you all enjoy the new season!!," she captioned the cute candid.
While the show returns tonight, Hyland has been dealing with some pretty serious drama off-screen this week.
Sarah had to get a temporary restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Matthew Prokop. The in her filing, Hyland said Prokop has both verbally and physically terrorized the young star during their four year relationship.
Things got so bad that Sarah even asked her on-screen mother, Julie Bowen, to help her "peacefully end the relationship." It's clear that when Sarah says she loves her cast members, she means it.
Matthew checked into a rehab facility earlier this month, and even the staff of the center urged the brunette beauty to get a restraining order due to her ex's mental state.
An L.A. judge ruled that Prokop must now stay at least 100 yards away from both the actress and her dog.
