Ellen DeGeneres celebrated her birthday a day early on Sunday, by heading to the beach with wife Portia de Rossi.
The talk show host shared a sweet snap of the couple on Twitter, along with the message "My last sunset of 56 with my favorite person." DeGeneres turns 57 today.
Both women look great without a stitch of makeup on, the two of them sporting similar short blonde 'dos.
"Happy Birthday to the greatest wife a girl could ever wish for @TheEllenShow have a great day," Portia tweeted today.
The cute couple sighting comes after a pastor accused DeGeneres of using her show to promote a "gay agenda."
An article in the Christian Post, which was written by Larry Tomczak, stated, "Ellen DeGeneres celebrates her lesbianism and 'marriage' in between appearances of guests like Taylor Swift to attract young girls."
