The "Beautiful" singer and her 5-month-old daughter, Summer Rain Rutler, are gracing the cover of People magazine's Feb. 23 issue, on newsstands Friday.
While we've seen her baby's little booty, this is the first time "The Voice" judge has shown us her sweet face.
After Xtina gave birth on Aug. 16, 2014, "I was speechless," the singer tells the mag. "She was literally like an angel…We had an immediate calm bond, and I felt so connected to her and her spirit."
"Her smile lights up a room and I know it melts mama and daddy's hearts. She laughs a ton and is easy to make smile," the proud mom adds. "She just wants to be where the action is!"
The Grammy winner took some time off to focus on her family, but she will return to the red chair on season 8 of the NBC singing series on Feb. 23.
"It's definitely not easy juggling work and motherhood, as being a parent is a full-time job within itself," she admits. "You just have to make it work for you. My life has so many different moving parts, but my kids are the center focal piece, and everything else shifts around them."
"It's hard to know you won't have all the right answers at the right times," Christina continues. "And 'mom guilt' is the worst thing ever." Over the years, however, she learned "to surrender and let go, knowing you're doing your very best and no one loves them, or wants what's best for them more than you."
