Zack Snyder took to Twitter on Thursday to share the first pic of Jason Momoa in his Aquaman costume -- and it worth the wait.
Unlike the illustrated version of the character, the actor is not full-on blonde or sporting tights. Instead, he's covered in tattoos and body armor and sporting what could be highlights in his hair.
"There is only one true King. #unitetheseven," the "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" director captioned the sexy superhero snapshot. We're guessing Synder's referring to Aquaman's title of "King of the Seven Seas" ... or uniting seven members of the "Justice League."
He's expected to join Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman in the March 2016 flick.
The film also stars Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and Jeremy Irons as Alfred. Amy Adams, Diane Lane, and Laurence Fishburne will reprise their "Man of Steel" roles when the movie hits theaters on May 6, 2016.
There's also a solo Aquaman movie coming July 2018 and a Justice League film planned for November 2017.
