Matt Lauer is spilling his dirty little secrets!
The "Today" host stopped by "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Thursday, where he revealed some intimate details about his past in a daring round of "Never Have I Ever."
Even though the talk show host agrees to play, Lauer is the one who ends up revealing his darkest secrets, including wearing handcuffs and going to a nude beach!
The 57-year-old journalist also admits that he's "stolen something" and has "screamed during a scary movie."

During their chat, the pair also talk about Ellen creating the viral spoof of Matt and Al Roker dressed in "Fifty Shades of Grey" garb on the NBC morning show.
"You can't believe how many people tweeted me and said, 'You're supposed to be a journalist! How can you dress in leather — especially S&M?'" he says, before adding a not-so-sincere, "So thank you!"
Matt jokes that he isn't sure if he's on speaking terms with Ellen yet, but thanks her for the new twitter followers he's gained like @RoughAndReady.
In true Ellen form, she gives him another reason to thank her -- a framed portrait of him in that unforgettable getup.
