David Letterman keeps bringing the nostalgia as he prepares to say goodbye.
On last night's "Late Show," Norah Jones returned to perform her massive hit "Don't Know Why" -- singing the tune exactly 13 years to the day after she first sang it at the Ed Sullivan Theater back in 2002.
But this time, she did it a little differently.
This version of the hit single was even slower and more soulful, as the now-36-year-old played it with just a piano and guitar. It was a beautiful rendition and Letterman was clearly blown away.
"Every night," Letterman said after the performance. "We could have that every night."
Letterman has just nine more shows left and viewers will be tuned in every episode to see who he will bring on next. Other recent surprise appearances have included Will Ferrell and even a Hootie and the Blowfish reunion!
