Lil' Kim looked like this just a couple months ago ... so her appearance last night was a big surprise!
The 40-year-old rapper joined Diddy, Ma$e, Faith Evans and 112 for a Bad Boy records reunion performance at the BET Awards on Sunday, where the group performed a number of hits including "Peaches & Cream," "Mo Money, Mo Problems," "Feels So Good" and "Love Like This."
Pharrell Williams, French Montana, The Lox and Chris Brown all took part in the epic tribute as well.

Kim popped up midway through the performance, coming out of the trap door in the stage Diddy fell into only moments earlier. See her entrance around the 6-minute mark.
Sporting blonde hair and a sheer black bodysuit, Lil' Kim looked great a year after giving birth to daughter Royal Reign.
She was seen heading to a party after the show, changing into a skin-tight gown held together by safety pins.
Stars like Missy Elliott, Iggy Azalea, Gabourey Sidibe and Jenna Jameson all took to Twitter during the performance to commend the rapper for absolutely slaying her performance.
