Demi Lovato is proud of her killer body!
The 22-year-old stuns on the cover of Cosmopolitan's September issue, where she shows off her amazing figure and tons of cleavage in a tiny sequined dress.
Aside from baring her bod for the mag, the star bares her soul in a candid interview, opening about about her struggle with sobriety and boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama.
The "Heart Attack" singer has been on and off with the 35-year-old actor for five years -- and, while the pair are going strong today, the star admits that her self-destructive behavior made things especially rocky at first.
"The only times we ever broke up were when I was relapsing, whether it was drugs or in a bad place and rebelling against everybody, not just him," she admits. "People say that relapses happen before you use. Your mind starts setting up the relapse before you take that drink or that first hit."
"The times we'd broken up, I had already gone to that place of, 'Yeah, this is what's happening,'" she added. "I didn't realize it at the time, but I just wanted to sabotage everything around me so that I could sabotage myself.”
The pair are now more in love than ever and the "That '70s Show" alum has been a major supporter in Demi's road to sobriety.
"We started dating when I turned 18…Right after that, I went to rehab," she revealed. "People told him, 'You should probably leave. She's on a spiral, and you're going to be sucked down with it.' But he was like, 'I'm not leaving. This is somebody I really care about.' We relate on a lot of levels. I've seen a lot of s**t. S**t people don't know about. He's seen a lot of stuff too."
The former Disney star recently celebrated three years of sobriety and is hard at work on a new album. She also started a record label with fellow musician Nick Jonas, which unexpectedly has her spending a lot of time with ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas!
"Nick and Wilmer get along great -- Joe and Wilmer too. It's weird. In the beginning, I was like, 'Why the f**k are you friends with Joe?' He was like, 'He's a cool guy.' Yeah, I know. I dated him."
