The gloves are off!
Despite leaving the show to "pursue other opportunities," Kelly Osbourne still has some bad blood with her "Fashion Police" costar, Giuliana Rancic.
"I will never admit to liking Giuliana because I don't. I don't think she's a good person and I think she's a liar," she told The Wrap at 4th Annual NYX FACE Awards.
When asked if she would ever return to the show, Kelly said, "If certain people weren't there."
Osbourne quit the E! show back in February following Joan Rivers' death and some serious drama surrounding Zendaya's dreadlocks at the Oscars.

During the Academy Awards edition of "Fashion Police," Rancic said Zendaya looked like "she smelled like patchouli oil and weed," a comment that started months of bad press for the show.
Giuliana and Kelly both left the show and their seats were filled by Brad Goreski and Melissa Rivers. "Brad is one of the most incredible people in fashion, he is funny as fu*k," Osbourne said of the new panel. "I am so happy for Melissa that she is filling that seat and I want that show to go on. It was just my time to move on."
