When Kim Kardashian found out she was pregnant with baby number two, Khloe Kardashian was the first to know.
In a sneak peek from Sunday's premiere of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" on E!, we get a look at the moment the excited 34-year-old told her younger sister the amazing news just two days after finding out.
"It has been extremely hard to get pregnant," the star says in a confessional. "We've done little operations on my uterus and I was so close to giving up and then that's when it happened."
The soon to be mom-of-two sits down with the 31-year-old, who can't seem to contain her happiness.
"When did you find out?" the blonde beauty asked. "Like two days ago but I haven't told anyone, just you," the "Selfish" author admitted. "I told North last night but I don't think she understands."
The reality star, who is currently six months along, was very open about her struggle to conceive and revealed how lucky she felt to even be pregnant again.
"I don't take it for granted," Kim admits. "The fact that this is like a miracle that's happened and I just feel so blessed to be pregnant again."
And while Khloe says she's excited for more kids -- that's not the only reason the star is overjoyed about Kim's pregnancy.
"I really thrived when you were fat and pregnant and they compared you to a whale," she told her sister. "That was the first time I was ever the thin one."

In another clip from the show, Kim and Khloe fight over Lamar, after Khloe says she wanted to check in on her ex.
"I wanted to make sure he's okay. Can't I do that?," Khloe asks. Kim's response: "You deserve so much better."
"I'm still, no matter what, his friend and care to see if he's alive for the day, I can't do that? I don't ever come at you about all the trifling you used to do before you got married," she snapped back. "Take a chill pill, slore."
