Jamie Foxx's Daughter Corinne Named Miss Golden Globe 2016

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association has selected the award winning actor's 21-year-old Corinne Foxx as Miss Golden Globe 2016! The University of Southern California senior snagged the honor and will get to assist in handing out trophies during the 73rd Annual Golden Globe Award show.

The model-actress stunned on the carpet Tuesday night at a party hosted by the HFPA and InStyle, alongside and her famous father. Corinne rocked a lace romper with sheer sleeves while the "Django Unchained" star looked dapper in a crisp navy blue suit.

"We are delighted to have Corinne Foxx continue the tradition and have her as our 2016 Miss Golden Globe," HFPA President Lorenzo Soria said at the event. "Like her father, she leads a fine example of following her dreams and we can't wait to see what she does next."

Corinne is no stranger to being in the public eye. She has accompanied her dad to the Oscars, MTV Movie Awards and the Grammy Awards over the years.

"Throughout the years I've grown up watching my dad establish himself as a well-respected actor," Corinne said of the honor. "I'm honored that HFPA has given me the opportunity to now share the same stage where he's been recognized for some of his greatest accomplishments."

The honor or being named Mister or Miss Golden Globe is traditionally given to the son or daughter of a well respected actor, actress or producer. Dakota Johnson, Francesca Eastwood, Rumer Willis, and Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick's daughter Sosie Bacon are all previous Miss Golden Globes. Kelsey Grammer's daughter Greer Grammer received last year's honor.
