Chris Hemsworth and Jimmy Fallon sure have the holiday spirit ... and a little friendly competition!
On Thursday's episode of "The Tonight Show," the host challenged the "Thor" star to a race with a Christmas twist. Fallon explained to the actor that the two would race in sleigh scooters through a holiday-themed obstacle course, with the winner taking home the "coveted Hemsworth cup".
"Since it's the holidays, today we'll be riding these one-of-a-kind sleigh scooters," he explained. "We also have these very special Santa helmets because any opportunity to make a Hemsworth brother look less attractive, we will take."
Fallon then explained the rules of the hilarious race course. The pair would have to first pass Santa Claus, then head towards the Christmas tree with "two punk kids having a snow ball fight," pass the Ghosts of Hemsworths and Fallons past, take a turn at the "Ambien Carolers" singing "Go, Go, Go" and finally head back towards the studio through a "sudden blizzard."
The first to cross the mistletoe finish line would snag the trophy, getting their name on the Hemsworth cup.
Chris, who was on the late night show promoting "In the Heart of the Sea," got a head start in front of Fallon, who followed very closely behind. Watch the video above to find out which competitor took a very wrong turn, costing him the race!
