Elsa Pataky has a secret weapon for staying in shape ... her son!
Chris Hemsworth's other half took to Instagram to share a workout video, where she was seen working up a sweat with her one of the couple's twin boys.
In the clip, the actress uses a stroller to tone up her abs by performing three different core-busting moves. The little one is seen holding onto her back as if he was spotting her!
"No excuses," she captioned the clip, adding the hashtags: "#fitness #fitmom #exercise #noexcuses #intensidadmax #feelinggood #kids."
The mother-of-three welcomed twins boys Sasha and Tristan in March 2014, and she had no trouble bouncing back to pre-baby shape.
“It's definitely part genetics,” she told Australian Women's Health last year. “I was always the little one in school.” But she also happens to love exercise.
“I love fitness, I love sports – I've been into it since I was 15, working my body and just building it. I always admire sports bodies in women – that athletic look," she told the mag. "Even when other people say, 'Oh, she's too muscly,' I always like it. I'll never be in that professional shape, but I like to get as close to that as I can."
Since her life is busy with three kids, her workouts fit around her family. "The babies usually have a nap around 9am and you just have to use those moments," she said. In those moments, she does a 40-minute circuit of bike, weights, rowing and sit-ups, four times a week.
Whatever she's doing, it's working!
