Things are getting even crazier!
The new trailer for "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising" dropped on Thursday, and we're getting to see what happens when a group of wild ladies move in next door to Kelly (Rose Bryne) and Mac Radner's (Seth Rogen) home.
With a new sorority in town -- a group of college kids even more senseless than before -- the couple enlists the help of Teddy Sanders (Zac Efron) to get the young women kicked out so they can finally sell their own home.
This time around, the couple goes head-to-head with bad girl Shelby (Chloe Grace Moretz), who decides to start her own sorority when she finds out from Selena Gomez's character that girls are not allowed to throw parties in the Greek system.
The "Neighbors" sequel boasts a pretty impressive cast, too -- Rogen, Bryne, Efron, Dave Franco and Lisa Kudrow all return, in addition to new faces like Moretz, Gomez and Billy Eichner.

There will also be plenty of shirtless scenes! "Me and Zac will both have our shirts off," Seth hilariously told toofab while promoting his project Hilarity for Charity last April.
