Since winning "American Idol" way back in 2002, Kelly Clarkson has gone on to become a global superstar ... and, more importantly, a mom.
While the OG winner couldn't attend the live finale -- she pre-taped her performance because she's incredibly pregnant right now -- she did watch the last episode from the comfort of her own home, with daughter River Rose by her side.
The 33-year-old was live-tweeting all night long, even making fun of her own appearance on the show as they aired her epic medley of hits.
Agreed! I can't believe I'm sitting here with my little girl about to watch the end! How crazy is life?! #whoknew https://t.co/LVGJPhbbEg

@kelly_clarkson
But it was the tweet she sent out at the end of the night that really made us go "Awwwww!"
After Trent Harmon was named the final Idol of the series, Kelly posted her congratulations -- and a ridiculously cute video of her daughter saying farewell to the long-running reality TV series.

River turns 2 in June, while Kelly and husband Brandon Blackstock's second child together, a baby boy, is due any day now.
