After months of speculation, Liam Hemsworth is finally addressing his rekindled relationship with Miley Cyrus.
In a new interview with TV Week in Australia, the Aussie stud simply says, "I am not engaged, no," when asked about the ring his GF has been sporting (again) lately.
Cyrus and the "Hunger Games" star first started dating back in 2010 and announced their engagement in 2012. But, just one year later, the high-profile pair called off their wedding plans and split.
Reports surfaced earlier this year, that Miley had moved into Liam's Malibu home, after the pair were spotted spending New Years Eve together in Austraila. The "Wrecking Ball" singer has even been pictured wearing the same sparkler the actor gave her when he first proposed three years ago.
Until now, the two have kept very quiet about the relationship and a low profile.
"I just don't leave my home for the last few months because I had a back injury I really couldn't do much," Liam added of how he's avoided the spotlight recently. "So I have honestly been at my house most of the time."
As for attention from the paparazzi -- who got him out with Miley and his family just last week -- he says it comes with the territory.
"It is what it is and I am not someone who is looking for any more attention that I have and I try not to draw attention in any way," he says. "I don't do things that do draw attention. So most of the time I fly under the radar. There is a lot of attention there but I did have a helicopter flying over my house for a while."
Do you think Liam's telling the truth about the engagement ... or is he just trying to keep up that low profile? Sound off below!
