The 55-year-old is a pro at giving dating advice but now it seems that she's also equipped to dole out dieting tips.
On Sunday, the "Million Dollar Matchmaker" star took to Instagram to share a shot of her newly slimmed-down physique, as well as her tips for shedding pounds.
"#nosugar is working," she captioned the bikini pic. "I've been off the bad stuff for over 2 months and the weight flies off."
But sugar isn't the only thing the relationship expert eliminated from her diet.
"Cut out all processed food, no fruit no artificial sweetener went full on with @sweetleafstevia #stevia Feeling #sundayfunday great! #nofilter #nomakeup," she went on to write.
Stanger, whose engagement to businessman David Krause was called off last year, has admitted in the past that she finds being single is a weight loss motivator.
"What finally clicked is that I'm single," she told Shape magazine when asked about her decision to lose weight. "It's not easy to date when you're hefty. Besides I like feeling thin because it makes me feel amorous."
The reality star, who announced in July 2015 that she was leaving Bravo after eight seasons of "The Millionaire Matchmaker," now finds love for the super-rich on WeTV's "Million Dollar Matchmaker."
