Rob Kardashian is in good spirits about his health.
In a sneak peek of this week's episode of "Rob & Chyna," the reality star meets with his nutritionist, who gives him good news that he immediately shares with fiancé Blac Chyna.
"I just met with Goglia, the nutritionist, and he just told me all of my numbers and I'm completely free of diabetes," Rob says. "That's like the best news I've heard all year, literally."
"What about us having a baby?" Chyna is quick to point out.
"That's obviously in front of that," says Rob, laughing. "The baby is obviously the best news—that's of my life."
Rob has struggled with his weight in recent years and was hospitalized in 2015 for his diabetes. Since then he has credited Chyna as his inspiration for getting healthy.
"Looking from where I started 298 lbs to my current weight now (248.4 lbs)," he captioned an Instagram throwback photo of himself with Chyna back in April. "I'm focused and determined to reach my goal weight 200-205 lbs …. Happy I found my motivation."
But recent developments seem to indicate that Rob's drive to remain healthy may be in trouble.
TMZ reports that the 29-year-old has regained the 50 pounds he lost and that the father-to-be's family is concerned for his health.
"Rob is slipping back into a dark place," said a source, who also revealed that his family hopes he "snaps out of it."
