The 20-year-old recently opened up to PEOPLE about prepping her body for her upcoming walk in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show -- and the potential body shamers who will weigh in on her svelte appearance.
Hadid herself admits that she "accidentally" lost a little too much weight in getting ready for her first-time walk down the legendary runway, telling the magazine that it's hard to control how her body changes during her 3-hour a day exercise regimen and strict diet plan.
"I have lost weight and gained weight," she confessed. "My weight fluctuates so much. I really didn't mean to [lose weight]. Like I want boobs. I want my ass back."
It appears she can already hear the haters commenting on her slimmed down body shape, because she's preemptively coming to her figure's defense.
"But it's not my fault," she asserts. "My weight fluctuates and so does everybody's and I think that if people are gonna judge, that's the worst you can possibly do because everybody is different."
But despite not liking the boob and bottom reducing effects of her pre-show prep, the brunette beauty admits she has been fiercely committed to it.
"I worked out so hard and everybody is like, 'Oh, she looks so skinny blah, blah, blah," she complains. "But I think that if you just stick to something you can really achieve so much. I've been eating hard protein every day, and working out for three hours every day. It's crazy but I think that you know if you set your mind to something I think you can succeed."
"I like to eat healthy and not eat crazy plane food," she continues. "I like to still make sure my diet is good and I stay hydrated and stuff. That's basically all I do."
And while it's unclear whether or not she will stick with her regimen following the show, one thing is clear: she wishes she had a few more curves.
"I wish my ass was bigger," she confesses.
The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show airs December 5 on CBS.
