Just days after Lady Gaga took the Super Bowl halftime show by storm, the singer is hitting back at online haters who criticized her appearance.
The six-time Grammy winner posted to Instagram on Tuesday to give the haters a million reasons to let it go because baby, she was born this way.
“I heard my body is a topic of conversation so I wanted to say, I'm proud of my body and you should be proud of yours too. No matter who you are or what you do. I could give you a million reasons why you don't need to cater to anyone or anything to succeed. Be you, and be relentlessly you. That's the stuff of champions. Thank you so much everyone for supporting me. I love you guys.”
Nick Jonas, Reese Witherspoon and Jenna Dewan Tatum were among celebrities who all supported the singer with likes and comments on the photo.
Gaga spent months flawlessly perfecting her 13-minute routine with long practices, lots of research on old performances and more importantly, intense workouts with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak.
The "Joanne" singer also had a pregame interview with Good Morning America's Michael Strahan to talk about her body and preparation for her once in a lifetime opportunity.
“Well, I work out a lot and I do VersaClimbing while I sing. I'm singing the show while I'm doing it because the show is full-on cardio… it's cardio while singing.”
