Fans who called into Bravo's "Watch What Happens Live" had lots of questions for HBO's "Last Week Tonight" host John Oliver on Wednesday night.
When asked which "Real Housewives of New York" cast member he'd want to run for New York office, Oliver chose Dorinda Medley, who was also a guest on the show.
"Dorinda and only Dorinda," the funnyman said. “Or Sonja runs for office and the world burns."
As one of Donald Trump's harshest late-night critics, of course conversation with Oliver was bound to turn to the first family.
So what does Oliver think Ivanka Trump's hypothetical housewife tagline would be?
“Well, she kind of lulls you into the sunken place, so I think it would be something very soft, very calm, very chilling,” he said staring bug-eyed at the camera. “Sort of, 'Everything's going to be fine.'”
'RHONY' Star on Dorinda and Sonja's Fight at Ramona's Party: 'It Was A Blowout'
View StoryDuring Wednesday's episode of the “RHONY,” Dorinda ripped into Sonja Morgan for allegedly posting lies and defamatory claims about her on Facebook. But much to newcomer Tinsley Mortimer's surprise, they hugged it out and were friends by brunch the next day.
Of Bethenny Frankel's racy '90s movie scene that Ramona Singer stirred up on last week's episode, Dorinda said “Ramona doesn't have great social cues.”
“We hadn't seen each other all summer, we came off of a very difficult reunion, and we couldn't figure out where it came from,” she said to host Andy Cohen. “And she mentioned her daughter. We sort of have a golden rule – we don't mention our children.”
