Say hello to MTV's next "Shore" thing.
It's been eight years since the network introduced the world to Snooki, Jwoww and the rest of the "Jersey Shore" crew, turning gym, tan and laundry into a lifestyle. MTV is hoping to strike gold twice by re-teaming with producer SallyAnn Salsano in the Florida Panhandle to revive the franchise with "MTV Floribama Shore."
The new show, premiering November 27, will follow eight cast members as they spend their summer partying in Panama City Beach.
"Each is armed with incredible life experiences and standing at a crossroads, whether it's ending a relationship, tasting independence for the first time, or trying to escape the past. This coming of age story captures the very real thrill and angst of being young and trying to figure out the future with a group of people you'll come to call family," says MTV.
